Katy has been employed at FAIR since 2018. She has a Master’s in Management: Human Resources and a Bachelor’s in Accounting & Business Administration and is certified as a professional in payroll, non-profit accounting, and administration. Katy supports FAIR and Affiliates’ staff in many ways, including training and development, benefits administration, payroll processing, and other employee-related concerns. In charge of recruiting, Katy ensures that the best talent is acquired and retained. Katy is also fully trained in all aspects of accounting and is the backup to FAIR’s Controller.
