Illegal Alien Accused of Crashing Head On Into Car, Killing Missouri Boy
In December of last year, tragedy struck a Missouri family. Their lives were shattered by a head-on collision with a car traveling the wrong way at a high speed of 70 miles per hour. Reports now reveal that the alleged wrong-way driver is an illegal alien from Venezuela.
Twelve-year-old Travis Wolfe and his parents were in the struck vehicle. The parents suffered broken bones and were transported to the hospital, while Travis was rushed to a different hospital and put on life support. Sadly, Travis did not regain consciousness and succumbed to his injuries on March 6.
This heartbreaking incident serves as yet another distressing example of an American life lost due to the actions of an illegal alien residing in the country. The police have identified Endrina Bracho as the illegal immigrant from Venezuela responsible for the crash. Bracho faces charges of involuntary manslaughter in the first degree, two counts of assault in the second degree, two counts of endangering a child in the first degree, and one count of operating a vehicle without a valid license.
This is not an isolated case. In a similar vein, an illegal alien from Mexico stands accused of causing the death of Washington State Trooper Christopher Gadd when he smashed into his car. The individual later admitted to consuming alcohol and marijuana before getting behind the wheel.
That illegal alien, Raul Benitez Santana, also accepted a non-felony plea deal years earlier for assaulting his girlfriend.
It’s important to point out that Washington issues the same driver’s licenses to illegal aliens as it does to everyone else. There is no fine print indicating that the license is not valid for federal ID purposes, like the ones other states issue. Law enforcement has to make an extra effort to determine if the person they encounter is an illegal alien.
The impact of lax immigration policy on public safety cannot be overstated, as these incidents illustrate the potential dangers posed by illegal aliens.
These tragic incidents come as President Biden says he is not taking executive action on border security and is counting on action to happen itself. The president also pushed the so-called Senate border security deal during his State of the Union address. With his actions and words, it’s obvious he is not interested in solving the crisis he created.
When Americans see the deaths of Laken Riley, Travis Wolfe and Christopher Gadd, it should be a rallying cry to demand our leaders get serious about border security and interior enforcement. President Biden could take action now to secure the border, and FAIR even has ten executive actions for him.
Until action is taken, the absence of iron-clad immigration laws and enforcement allows illegal aliens, like Endrina Bracho to operate vehicles without a license and it enables illegal aliens like Laken Riley’s alleged killer to roam free.
These three deaths, all allegedly caused by illegal aliens, also show that it’s not just a border town issue. All three tragedies happened in the interior: Missouri, Washington, and Georgia. Illegal aliens will continue to take advantage of the Biden administration’s open-borders policies, and Americans everywhere are at risk of the consequences.
