The FAIR Take - Provost Named Border Patrol Chief

Carla Provost, who has been serving as acting chief of the Border Patrol, will take over as leader of the agency on a permanent basis, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced Thursday. The promotion makes Provost the first woman to hold the top job in the Border Patrol’s 94-year history.
