Military Amnesty Resources from FAIR
Allowing illegal aliens to serve in the military is a contentious topic. The ENLIST Act is the latest in a succession of measures that would let illegal aliens get permanent legal residence or citizenship in exchange for military service. These measures gained in popularity following the September 11th, 2001 terror attacks in the U.S. and the demand for more military enlistees due to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Below are selected resources from FAIR about military amnesty proposals.
