Barletta Questions Delay in Visa Tracking System

During a hearing Homeland Security Subcommittee meeting last week, Rep. Lou Barletta (R-PA) questioned why it was possible for the U.S. to put a man on the moon within a decade but after 20 years the government is still studying a entry-exit visa tracking system.
