FAIR aims to offer input on executive branch policies and push back against agendas that fail to consider mass immigration’s impact on the interests of American citizens and future generations. Throughout the Biden-Harris administration, FAIR has submitted public comments and authored articles on multiple proposed regulations – including administrative closure in immigration cases, unaccompanied alien children, asylum reform, and the H-1B programs. Going along with that, FAIR has published detailed articles breaking down other administration policies, such as the Securing the Border rule and its parole-in-place amnesty program for illegal alien spouses and their stepchildren.

FAIR has also pushed to hold the Biden-Harris administration directly accountable for its lawless open-borders, anti-enforcement policies. In perhaps the most notable example, FAIR created a webpage dedicated to DHS Secretary Mayorkas detailing his many failures, and contributed extensively to the House Homeland Security Committee’s investigation into the Secretary which led to his eventual impeachment in the House of Representatives for high crimes and misdemeanors.
