Illegal Aliens Accused of Sexually Assaulting Child Were Let Into U.S. Under the Biden-Harris Administration
The number of crimes committed by illegal aliens released into the country under the Biden-Harris administration continues to stack up. In the latest case, three illegal aliens were arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a child in Florida.
History seems to repeat itself under the Biden-Harris administration, as there is a constant stream of illegal alien crimes stories where the suspects were originally caught and released at the southern border. Two of the Honduran illegal aliens, Selvin Lopez Lopez and Erick Lopez Lopez, crossed the southern border illegally in 2021. They surrendered themselves to Border Patrol (probably knowing what would happen next), and they were released into the United States to later appear for a court hearing. Selvin and Erick never showed up. The third Honduran illegal alien, Jesersson Lopez Lopez, crossed the southern border in 2023 and was given a court day all the way in 2028.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office wrote in a Facebook post that the illegal aliens were arrested for “numerous counts of Lewd Lascivious Behavior (Capital Sexual Battery) on a minor under 12 years of age.” The illegal aliens are charged with capital sexual battery against a child under the age of 12 years old.
Despite Palm Beach County, Florida, being over a thousand miles away from the southern border, this most recent case is far from the only example of illegal aliens accused of heinous crimes in the county. In May, Palm Beach County Sherriff’s Office arrested an illegal alien who crossed the southern border under Biden and Harris for allegedly grabbing an 11-year-old girl, dragging her into a van and sexually assaulting her. Sheriff Ric Bradshaw blamed the federal government for another incident in March that saw three illegal aliens arrested for allegedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting a woman.
The one thing that binds all these cases together is that each is a preventable crime. The Biden-Harris administration, through its open-borders policies, has allowed more than 10 million illegal border crossings and an additional at least 1.8 million known gotaways. The majority of these people remain in the United States. With minimal vetting, it is no wonder dangerous individuals are taking advantage of these policies and entering the United States.
Concerns about illegal alien crime are on the minds of many Americans, as they have witnessed high-profile crimes such as the murders of Rachel Morin, Laken Riley and Jocelyn Nungaray. All of these crimes were allegedly committed by illegal aliens who entered the country under the Biden-Harris administration. And all these crimes prove that there is no place in America that is immune from the border crisis.
Despite these crimes, the Biden-Harris administration is more focused on hiding the border crisis from the American people than actually protecting them from future crimes. That’s why they have outsourced border security to Mexico, are funneling migrants to ports of entry and continuing to allow tens of thousands of illegal aliens to fly into the country via CHNV parole. Until real border security is implemented, America is far from seeing its last high-profile and preventable crime committed by an illegal alien.
