FAIR: Attacks acknowledge effectiveness
The Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) has maintained a clear position on immigration policy since the organization’s inception in 1979. We believe that immigration policy must be reformed and enforced in a manner that protects the interests of the American people. The interests of the American people include jobs, wages, tax dollars, vital social institutions like education and health care, and, yes, population growth and its impact on the environment and natural resources.Over the years FAIR has been attacked by a variety of groups and individuals who see us as an impediment to achieving their political, ideological or economic goals through immigration policy.
