We Need Your Help!

FAIR is fighting to restore common sense border controls and an immigration policy that works for America and the future of all Americans. Over the past year, America’s immigration and border controls have fallen apart due to ineffective leadership from Washington. We face a true national emergency! There is no time to lose. The American way of life and the future of our natural environment and resource base depends on restoring the proper balance between our needs and the unlimited demands of millions on the move.

But we can’t fight this battle alone. WE NEED YOU TO TAKE ACTION NOW! Can we count on you for a donation or even a monthly contribution? Whether it’s $25, $50, $100 or more, the action you take now will help us continue the fight for an America we can be proud of and the rest of the world will respect.

Securing the Northern Border Starts with Securing the Southern Border

While many policymakers are justifiably fixated on the crisis at the southern border, we must not forget the U.S. also has 5,500 mile border with Canada. It doesn’t pose the same threat as the open U.S.-Mexico border, where cartels have operational control, fentanyl pours in, and Border Patrol makes over 200,000 apprehensions a month, but we take our eye off the Northern Border at great peril.

Operation Lone Star Makes a Dent at the Texas Border

During the 18 months of Texas’ Operation Lone Star, the state has seen a 6.9 percent increase in monthly migrant encounters at the border. That’s not great, but it’s at least better than New Mexico, Arizona and California, where encounters skyrocketed 30-47 percent over the same period.

Debate Over Allowing In Russians Fleeing Mobilization Raises Important Concerns

By

Debate rages within the EU over whether the military-age males currently fleeing Russia should be allowed in and granted asylum. This debate is worth analyzing because it raises important questions in the context of refugee and asylum policies for both Russian deserters as well as STEM graduates, which the Biden administration has sought to import, ostensibly to undermine the Putin regime.

Indiana Sees Push for Illegal Alien Drivers’ Licenses in 2023

September 30, 2022
A bipartisan group of state lawmakers in Indiana is planning to introduce a bill in the 2023 legislative session to give drivers' licenses to illegal aliens. The bill appears to have significant Republican support so it is more likely to pass than in previous sessions since the Republicans have a trifecta, controlling both legislative chambers and the governorship.

New GOP bills attack the raging border crisis while Biden sits on his hands

September 30, 2022
While President Joe Biden continues to ignore and even encourage the raging crisis on the southern border, some principled lawmakers in Washington continue to valiantly fight what has been an uphill battle. Four Republicans from four different states have recently introduced legislation to attack different aspects of the crisis. These are the true “root causes” Vice President Kamala Harris is supposed to be addressing, and FAIR wholeheartedly supports each bill. We will explore them here.

New FAIR Cost Study: Biden Immigration Policies Impose Crushing Burden on Already-Strained Schools

September 16, 2022
(September 16, 2022, Washington, D.C.) — A new report by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) finds that one in ten students in our nation’s public schools are considered Limited English Proficient (LEP), requiring an annual expenditure of $78 billion to provide remedial English language instruction. Moreover, the surge of illegal migration instigated by Biden administration policies – including an unprecedented number of unaccompanied alien children (UACs) – is outpacing the nation’s education system’s ability to hire enough teachers qualified to meet the needs of LEP kids.

September 16, 2022

Take Action Today!

It’s easy to become emotional about topics like immigration reform. For those of us who have grown up with and embraced the concept of sovereignty, it’s difficult to imagine a country, a nation without secure borders. And without the policies and legal processes that keep our sovereignty as originally imagined, we risk losing it all to those who embrace an agenda of mass uncontrolled immigration, sanctuary cities and cheap labor.

And yet, that is the very real threat we are facing today from anti-border radicals. And that’s why real action is needed — action that is part of that definition, part of that protection that we all value most.

Indeed, until all of us who care deeply about this issue take action, immigration reform is simply an intellectual exercise. And clearly, thought and words and sentiments are simply not enough to see us through.

Make no mistake, FAIR is fighting back by launching new projects and initiatives that:

  • Put America first,
  • Stop the flow of federal money to sanctuary cities, and
  • End the terrible policy of chain migration.

But this is a battle that we can’t fight alone. And one way you can help, right now, is a donation or even a monthly contribution of $25, $50, $100 or more to the preservation of the America we know and love.

Get involved. Stay Involved. Take action now.
