US Immigration Policy and Legislation

FAIR is the largest immigration reform public interest group in the nation and has a 30-year long proven track record of influencing the immigration debate and representing the interest of the American citizen on Capitol Hill. FAIR’s Government Relations team focuses on a variety of immigration-related government activities, including Congressional debates and committee hearings, executive orders and administrative rules, court decisions, state actions, and more. In this Legislation section of the FAIR website you will find resources for understanding current immigration proposals and programs, analyses of proposed legislation, and important information about your representatives’ actions in Congress. In addition to the information found here on the website, FAIR representatives are available to speak on a wide range of immigration issues for congressional hearings, interviews, and other speaking engagements.

If you are a policymaker, staffer, FAIR member, or concerned citizen and you have a question about immigration legislation, please contact us.
