Sarah Rehberg

State and Local Director

Sarah joined FAIR in 2015. She is responsible for managing FAIR's State and Local Department, including developing and executing the organization's strategy for pursuing true immigration reform at the state and local level. Her role includes analyzing and drafting legislation, reviewing legal opinions, and advising state and local lawmakers on sound immigration policy. Sarah brings to FAIR her previous immigration experience as the organization's head of government relations where she managed policy at the federal level, as well as her experience as a Capitol Hill staffer for a member of the House Homeland Security Committee. She received her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, where she focused in Public Law and Policy, and her B.A. from the University of Michigan in Political Science.

Elizabeth Jacobs

State and Local Associate

Elizabeth joined FAIR in 2012. Elizabeth is responsible for advancing FAIR's state and local legislative priorities by assisting state and local legislators draft constitutionally sound legislation and developing strategies to advance such legislation. She also conducts research on a wide variety of legal and immigration-related topics, creates materials to support state and local activists and legislator testimony, and reviews and analyzes legislation and legal opinions. She brings to FAIR her legal background and research experience.

Field Representatives

FAIR's regional field representatives can provide you with information, training, and support, helping you to be as productive and effective as possible. Field reps can help you with group development, media skills, lobbying, and debating, as well as provide guidance on specific issues you face in your community.
