Description: Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act regarding U-visa (victims of certain crimes) provisions to: (1) limit derivative visas to spouses and children of an alien victim; (2) require visa recipients to be a victim of an actual crime by eliminating eligibility based upon being the intended victim of an attempt, conspiracy, or solicitation to commit any of the specified crimes; (3) limit visa duration to the lesser of three years or the period of limitations prescribed for the qualifying crime; and (4) eliminate U-visa status adjustment to permanent legal resident status.
